From the President:

November 1, 2006.

Dear Members and Friends,

If you missed our October meeting, you missed a very good one. Jim Da Pra gave a One-Hour CE class on what to do if disaster strikes your clients - in the form of fire/flood, etc. This was not only helpful for dealing with the client but in our own life as well (just because we work in insurance does not always mean that we know what to do and when to do it!).

We are working to bring more CE classes to you over the next several months and are even working on a 4-hour session for a Saturday morning, so bear with us and we'll see just what we can produce for you.

Our next meeting deals with an important current issue - Identity Theft. While this is not a CE class, it is important for our own safety and well being. Please come to learn the ways to protect yourselves in these modern times. This should be a very good evening and a good learning experience for us all. I look forward to seeing you there.

Remember our Holiday Party in December - bring a wrapped gift (or 2 or 3) to auction off for the benefit of the residents of Glenwood Care Center. They have put their thinking caps on and, by next letter, I should be able to tell you what we are buying for them.

Until then---I am,

Yours in fellowship,
Ruth,
Ruth Uridel, CPIW.
